Since 2004 we have been delivering projects across Europe and the rest of the world.
We have a simple supply chain mechanism in place whereby we charge a fee for finding the correct supplier for you. We can then manage that supplier and deliver to site with a turnkey solution package, or you can manage them yourselves.
We have proven contacts in all the major industrial country’s and we have a proven system of finding new ones for you to suit your needs.
Drawing on over 40 years in the industry we have been able to develop an all-round skill base for helping clients deliver projects on time.
From initial concept advice, to supply chain information, dealing with all aspects of project management, budgeting, people sourcing, project delivery and international logistics.
We have been managing diverse sites for world events since 2003. Recent work includes Site management for Stageone Creative Services Ltd on the World Expo site in Milan 2014-2016 and in Abu Dhabi 2017.
Site management is approached with the same attention to detail that we bring to design and build. The project delivery time, the people, the site; whether it's a building site or a controlled event hall, are all analysed for what we need, what we have and how do we best achieve the desired result, safely and on time.
We have delivered design ideas for projects as diverse as Olympic Hospitality suites, car launches, product launches, charity balls, exhibitions, experiential experiences, Rally’s and celebrity weddings.
Whilst we have the experience we are always looking at new trends and love being inspired by new buildings and contemporary environments.
Recent ventures have seen some interior design for an upmarket Villa company and scenic elements for an event in Dubai.
With over 30 years of scenic build experience we are able to bring a lot to the party when it comes to delivering the correct solution for your build.
We utilise scenic contractors around the world, both freelance and established companies, to cherry pick the right company for each project.
We operate by charging a direct fee for project managing the build, which will save clients time and possible costs if their skill base is not in construction.
Richard started in the events industry in 1988 after leaving drama school and working as an actor, stage manager and carpenter. Richard’s first set company, Rural Productions Ltd was set up in 1999 and for 8 years built scenery all over the world for clients, including building hospitality suites at two Olympic games. Rural Productions ltd closed in 2007.
Richard thoroughly enjoyed working for Richard at McCabe’s Creative construction, until its closure in 2009. Work here included, all aspects of business management and scenic project handling of a very diverse client book. Since April 2009 We have been working on live events as Penhaligon Events Consultants Ltd for our very loyal client base, providing scenery and other event services of all categories all around the world to suit the clients' needs.
Recent work includes one more Olympic Games providing hospitality suites for Olympic sponsors, supplying contractors worldwide for Rally’s and conferences, site managing for the Uk Pavilion on the latest World Expo and site managing an art install in Abu Dhabi. We are now entering a new phase of mainly project managing project builds and installs for clients abroad, We source suppliers and work with them on the ground to create and achieve the clients brief in many environments, such as Architectural, Corporate, Experiential, Exhibition and Display.
