We have been managing installs and de rigs in the event industry for over 35 years. In our capacity as Site Managers we have worked in Exhibition halls, on a World Expo site, building sites, outside venues, video shoots and Rock and Roll sites.
 

We start all our projects with a risk management approach and manage all elements of the install with the production team or on site construction team we will be working with.

All heath and safety documentation can be supplied by us and also recommendations for safe working practices for both the build and de rig aspects of the project.

As Site Managers we have recently worked in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Europe wide.

For Brands At Work in 2022, we managed 7 different locations at once for an International Corporate event with over 25 days on site with up to 600 crew on site at the various sites around Milan and on the shores of Lake Como. We managed all the pre production for the site including
  • Site visits with supplier and client walk rounds
  • Supplier sourcing
  • Supplier management and on site coordination of crew and hotels
  • Full site infrastructure install
  • Crew management
  • Site management
  • Production Management of 7 sites around Milan and on Lake Como simultaneously, with full production management and production coordination services provided.
  • Venue and local authorities liaison
  • Full technical support for over 50 event spaces within the 7 locations, with crew, technical management and all technical equipment.

SITE WORLD EXPO | MILAN | 2015

Penhaligon Event

For the World Expo in Milan in 2015 we were appointed Site Management and Facility Management contractors for the UK Pavilion.

We managed the site from the foundations up, including helping to specify materials for all groundworks and supplying on the ground support to local and Stageone Creative Services building Contractors.

We managed the day to day running of the complex site which included:

  • Daily safety briefings

  • Welfare facility supply and management

  • Weekly client safety inspections

  • Security management

  • On site vehicle logistics for deliveries and personnel

  • Weekly reporting to clients and facilitating client visits to site

We supplied local suppliers, sourced essential equipment and plant and liaised with all the on-site
departments within the Expo site.

We managed the facility for the 6 month period that it was open, supplying weekly clean up and
maintenance teams as well as periodic help with on-site events.

This project involved us from November 2014 to March 2016.
